This place is iconic in downtown kalamazoo. Super small shop to give you that small town ice cream shop feel while being right in the city.Gives you that dairy queen taste that we all know right outside the broncos football stadium. Just wish it was a little cheaper.Staff was amazing and helpful also quick and prompt with the order.

I love the ice cream items served at Dairy Queen, and the items I ordered and received were well prepared. The server made helpful suggestions and was friendly. The place itself is not attractive and is not a well maintained. There is major road construction going on in front of the building but it was still easy to get in and out of the business.

Great service wonderful product. Old building that has probably never been renovated. Give This STORE a Makeover Stat! It's way to close to the awesome Campus of WMU to be in the state of neglect it is!!
