I have been buying coffee from Dunkin for close to 10 years now. Just this past year I have noticed a huge difference in the coffee. Every time I get an iced coffee either with or without ice the coffee is super watered down. The coffee is not cheap,therefore I would expect a better quality coffee. I guess it's time to start going to other coffee places and spending the same amount of money on a beverage that is actually going to be worth it.

I asked for the sweet black pepper bacon breakfast sandwich to be made with a plain bagel and not a croissant, well guess what it was made with a croissant. Also it’s burnt🤦🏼‍♀️scheduled it to be picked up at 2:15 and when I arrived at 2:15 it was not ready and it wasn’t ready for a couple of minutes

Incredible food and coffee! Everything tasted so fresh and the people working were so nice and helpful! This is the best Dunkin’ experience I’ve had. The picture shows the even melt of the cheese without compromising the texture of the muffin. They do it right here! The coffee was perfect and the hash browns had great flavor too.
