I went there last week with my family I was treated HORRIBLE by this little teen that was working at front. I have no idea why he was being disrespectful and gave us A LOT of attitude. I don’t really remember his name fully but it was something like “Sye…” something. He was short with curly hair and had a darker skin tone. I should’ve talked to the manager but he wouldn’t get the manager for me.

The cashier was really nice and smiled a lot (which is always a good thing).(I normally do not give reviews unless they are ALL good things (my mom always said if I don't have anything nice to say....) but I came from NW Indiana to visit and I got my regular a “strawberry shake with Oreo cream” and a “little cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms” there was some sort gritty, dusty feeling substance that was coming off the heel of the bun ??♀️and I took a drink of my shake to wash it down and it tastes as if it was made of 80% Oreo cream 15% strawberry and 5% ice cream and it was not even cold!! Anyway the place was clean and the cheeseburger was good after I took the heel off.

The food, the bag, the ugly. Five guys has always been good. They’re consistent, and you’ll never leave hungry with how many fries they stuff in the bag. Kinda wish the small hamburger had more meats, but then again we’re living in a world of shrinkflation. C’mon guys.

The whole staff that was working around noon on March 31st did a Great job. My first time there, card was charged online but order did not go through. The staff was super cool and got everything figured out. Great food and great service.

Best fast food burger of all time. One of the better burgers I have had- honestly. Service is good. The bags of peanuts all over the dinning room is a nice touch and it's cool that they let you know what farm they are buying their potatoes from. If you haven't been- go. You'll fall in love.
