Doesn’t look like Fletchers Pub care about health of their customers. I hope that beer will kill all that dangerous bacteria that is lurking in their food.
Former line cook, as of today, and definitely recommend education opportunities for staff. Very eager, hard working team however you’re only as strong as the management style. Next person, get that $18/hr and remind Dan that you are owed a paid 15 minute break for every four hours of documented work.

Bad food. Side salad had brown lettuce with slimy tomatoes and cucumbers (nothing else was on the salad; not even cheese), nachos were so dry. Chicken on the nachos was disgusting and the cheese looked like it had been on there for hours. Disgusting food.
