I’ve had fond memories of eating at this restaurant back in 2014 numerous times, I ate here once back in February 2018 and just ate here tonight (january 2021) and I really this is one of my favorite places to eat in downtown Kalamazoo. At the recommendation of a co-worker my husband and I made reservations for dinner. Wait staff was friendly and attentive but unfortunately the food was bland and unimpressive. The Mango Mule I ordered was a joke, 3/4 of the glass was filled with ice and the remainder was a combination of water and a bit of mango squeeze…no alcohol could be detected. Absolutely fantastic service, delicious food and wonderful ambiance. Had the roasted brussel sprouts, fresh tomato soup, gorgeous hamburger and topped it off with and affogato and some apple crisp. Kirsten was an excellent server, consistently checking to see if anything was needed. Definitely a must stop for food when in Kalamazoo.
