Ok if you are interested in a unique to the area experience give Gusto a try. It does come at a price beyond cost. The menu is limited and apparently changes regularly with limited options. However everyone in our party seemed to really enjoy their meals. Personally I didn’t care for not having a menu to look at and that I was expected to know what was available based upon their Instagram site. Not a social media guy so asked waitress to bring a menu, which she did. Small price...
We are regular Bold customers since they opened and have been wanting to try Gusto for some time. We had dinner on 11/7 and had Julie as our server. From appetizers to dessert our meal was excellent, and Julie did an excellent job. We love Bold but we'll be back here again for sure!
This restaurant has tons of potential to be exceptional. My husband and I had a great date night together. The food was great! However I was a little disappointed on the attire of the staff. For this being a more up scale restaurant with much more expensive dishes the staff should not be wearing T-shirts. They should be dressed in a nice pressed button down or something of that nature. I also did not think it was appropriate for the waitress to be wearing pigtails at a restaurant...
