haven't received my full refund after waiting close to 3 hours later waiting for a pizza that never came and then manager said I get full refund 💯 never received it and got free pizza total 4 hours later and it being cold .
Hands down the worst customer service. So I ordered a pizza at 5:00PM. It was 6:45 and I still hadn't received it. So I called and all the manager wanted to do was argue with me. Trying to tell me that both the driver and himself tried calling my phone, but it was disconnected. Which it most certainly was not considering that's what I called him on. So he said then that he was going to have it re delivered. Well that clearly never happened! So 8PM rolls around and I call him back....read full review
Pizza and breadsticks were amazing. Sauce for the breadsticks was even hot. Delivery driver could have been friendlier.
