Worst drive-thru service in the area. Waited 12 minutes from ordering to window Wednesday night while disorganized employees, with no customers inside, didn't have car with an apparent large order, pull forward for curb service, instead of holding up the lane. Employees ignored other customers blowing horns and me, who called and suggested they have the driver park and wait for their order. I know I won't be back.
At 1pm on Monday February 10 I observed a driver double park across two handicapped spaces in front of the Rite-Aid on the southwest corner of Cork and Lover’s Lane, in the Cork street plaza.
This is a bad look for you.
This is a bad habit for your driver to have.
I have delivered in this town for decades. You don’t park in handicapped spaces.
Got the entire order wrong and then questioned me that I was even at their location in the first place....zero customer service, zero apology. I just wanted my order fixed.
