Service is pretty rude and very slow, first time going and the front lady was pretty snippy to customers and employees, but food is good!

Love the food so much! Always makes my day better, and the staff are so friendly and helpful ? Try the Sausage! My fave!

First time there today. The seating is small and looks like they have it sectioned off but the food makes up for it. We all had the brisket and by far the best I have had. All I had was a plastic fork to eat it with but it was falling apart. The sauce was a standard which was out of this world. Side dish was good. Very friendly and helpful. We will be back :)

Gave this place a second chance and I'm glad I did. The meat is fantastic. Literally can't go wrong here. The sauses are pretty good, not amazing, but not bad by any means. But honestly, you're going for the meats anyway ;) The cornbread literally took me to another world. The best cornbread I think I've ever had.

Okay I plan to eat there in the future (maybe) but am put off by the fact the owner responds to positive comments but fails to reply to negative comments. To be fair a restaurant has to take the bad with the good and respond to criticism.

Horrible food! Flavorless, lukewarm and basic, at best. We ordered a sandwich with slaw and pickles that came with nothing but meat and the bun. The “Mac & cheese “ is nothing more than boxed mac and cheese. Their service is also slow and unimpressive. Won’t be spending another dime here!

These amateurs got a tip from us (online order) that they didn't deserve! Their food is disgusting and flavorless. They didn't add slaw and pickles to my pulled pork sandwich... and when we got to the restaurant to pick up our $50 order, they had a sign on the door stating they ran out of meat. Customer service is also not good. They should go out of business!

Rude person (female) at the front and was being word I won't say on here. Went next door to 5 guys where you know you will get good food and service.

My favorite place to eat! Love Kelvin’s! Best brisket in town! Next I’ll try their Ribs (with brisket) . They always run out! That’s how good they are! Sides are wonderful as well! ❤️

The moment you step in the door you are greater with the phenomenal smell of good BBQ, then a smile from behind the counter. Food was amazing as well as the service, highly recommend

Amazing food and great service! These people give back so much to the community. They recently co sponsored a meal for 70 homeless people in the outdoor camps in partnership with the Saathi Group (a group formed to befriend and stand in unity with the unhoused community). All individually wrapped and packaged in keeping with COVID guidelines. And very responsive to work with. Thank you!

Stopped by there for a quick lunch, neither myself nor my SO was impressed. Meat was lukewarm, my brisket was mostly fat and there was barely any sauce given to us. Mac and cheese was the generic rubbery kind you can get at GFS. Coleslaw was different, had a weird coloring and it tasted strange. Pickles had an overwhelming vinegar taste and the cornbread was slimy. It is disappointing since it seems many others in the past had much better experiences; it only seems recently that it has not been going well, possibly due to the pandemic. I am concerned with some of the responses by the company, they have a bit of a rude tone and an attitude to them. I hope they are able to make the necessary adjustments for their business to thrive.

The pork sandwich is really good. So are the collard greens and potatoes. But last time i ate there the corn bread had little pieces of plastic in it.. ive ordered take out from them twice over the phone but when i get there its never ready. The customer service is not the best either.

Don’t get me wrong, the meat itself was great and the sauces too, but they add lots of fat to the meat as a filler. They also weigh out every single portion of meat right in front of you, which made me feel uncomfortable. Like they didn’t trust you or acted stingy and wanted to give JUST ENOUGH, but not too much. In my experience, many BBQ places just give you a handful or so. Weighing meat in front of the customer gives off an unwelcoming vibe.
