I say this personally because a man at the kung fu tea next to hunan gardens denied me a refund or to make my drink when i didn't like the flavor. Please fire him.

I ordered a Thai milk tea. I don’t know what it actually was, but I have never had Thai tea that doesn’t have any sort of orange color to it. It was weird tasting, and I can’t put my finger on what it even tastes like. It did come from a large cooler labeled Thai tea, so I don’t think it was made incorrectly. The bubbles were alright, but nothing special. The employee at the register didn’t really know how the app worked when I had questions. I scanned my app for rewards, but they weren’t used, even though he said they go through automatically. I had $2 reward that expires on Monday, and another that I didn’t check the date for. He said he thinks I’d have to load the app before using rewards, but didn’t let me know until after I paid. It was an overall unfortunate experience. I just wish I could find a good bubble tea spot south of Grand Rapids ?

I’m usually in there a couple times a week, so much so that a few of the girls know my order! Large Coffee Milk Tea with 2x brown sugar bubbles w/ milk cap. This week I went in there on 3 different occasions and the Espresso Machine has been broken. ******To the owner, hurry up and fix the Espresso Machine, I’m going through withdrawals not having my tasty beverage. The girls in there are top notch! Please hurry and fix the machine because Motea tastes like a gophers a**!

Me and my family love this place! What’s there not to live! The staff is always super helpful when looking to try new menu items! The quality of the tea is so good and definitely. Worth the money! Go with the Large instead of the medium, best bang for your buck!

We used to drive 30 minutes each way twice a week to order here. Last visit I ordered a drink with 30% sugar level and when I tasted the drink it was sweeter than any drink I’ve had there before. I took a second sip just to be sure and the beverage to me was I drinkable. I had someone else try it when I arrived home and they also concurred with my assessment. Because the location was so far away it took me another full day before I had an opportunity to return. I spoke to the clerk and she said because I took a drink from it and it was over 1 day they would not remake it, even though the drink was still 90% full. We will never do business there again.

We tried 2 different slushes and both were good. I like that you can order the sugar potency you want. We chose 50% and they were good. Next time, I'll try 25%. This was my first time visiting and service was pretty quick. There weren't many people inside. They have metal seats inside, but we carried out. It was hard to choose because they have so many great sounding options! We'll be back to try more flavors soon!

Have been to one at a different location but the drink and quality of the drink was amazing but not as amazing as the service it received was the worked we're so kind and helpful and tried their best to get our order as correct as possible and as fast as possible loved it there would definitely recommend this cute little sit down tea cafe if you want so boba tea and what to get and e-mail for work done or a school assignment or essay done .would 100000% recommend giving Kung Fu tea a try .5 stars all the way !!!
