This place is just a little magical space. We brought our Residents to the Cat Café and they were so welcoming and bright. They ensured there was a ramp so that everyone including wheelchair bound could make it down to spend time with the cats. They are all well behaved cats, there was a little tiff here and there but that happens with 44 cats in one space! Our residents commented on the smell and cleanliness stating they would never know there were 44 cats all in that space as it was so clean and just a all around wonderful experience. Old Bill was my personal favorite, I cannot adopt at this time as I am between homes but I would encourage anyone looking for a new pet to take their time to stop by and really get to know the animals!

Again all wonderful things to say, welcoming, engaging, and patient.

Thank you!

The Kzoo Cat Cafe and Rescue is THE coolest place for kitties to live while they are waiting for their furrever (forever) homes! They have everything they could ever need or want here! The kitties LOVE visitors, and they are the best kitties, with personalities to match!

I enjoyed my time spent at the cafe, although I feel reluctant to call it a true cafe. Do not expect barista-style beverages and snacks, it is indeed a self-serve Keurig with a humble selection of chips. But no one is here for a Michelin experience, we go to spend time with the abundant maze of cats milling about! The entrance fee is standard for the experience and fair for the value (especially considering it goes probably in large part to the cats' care). There are plenty of places to sit and a variety of toys to utilize for engagement with the cats. Some people in these reviews are entirely too critical of the pressure rescues are under by holding them to an impossible standard without asking themselves what I have to wonder. . . Do you volunteer? Foster? Sponsor? Donate to spay/neuter and TNR programs? Advocate for adoption?

Such an awesome organization! Went for lunch with the cats and it was so delightful! The staff is pleasant and the cats were well cared for. As someone who can't have a cat (family member has allergies) this is a great way to get kitty time.

I adopted 2 cats that were bonded from here. I am in the facility about once every 4 weeks and observe loving volunteers and workers who clean, play and enrich the lives of the kitties. Can you imagine taking care of 40 cats? No? Exactly. It’s a lot and it costs a lot. The cat cafe takes excellent care of any and all medical issues while providing safety for discarded, abandoned and unwanted cats. If you’re reading a negative review on this place, I highly encourage you to think about what’s best for the cat/s. The people here have a lot of experience in caring for cats and make decisions based off of experience and education. If you want to bash this business, then you better be ready start your own rescue.

I’ve visited the Kzoo Cat Café multiple times and absolutely fell in love with an adorable little boy
by the name of meatball. Some other reviews show pictures of him and he is just as silly in them as he is in person.

I’ve had nothing but great times at this place. Surrounded by endless cats to love, and if i want i can maybe take one home? Dont know what else you could possibly want. Ive seen some people mention a smell, but like theres cats… its gonna smell like cats lol. I had a friend show me this place when I first started college. Its a great opportunity to be able to visit some kitties when i couldn’t have one of my own.

Through some of the time i've spent here i've talked to some of the staff, who seem to show nothing but love for all the wonderful kitties here. From the playful kitties to the snoozy ones theres a little guy for everyone to love. I can’t say anything but praise for the place I received my wonderful little boy from.

Thank you Kzoo cat cafe! for everything you do.

This was such a fun experience! This is not an actual cafe by any means for the people who have not been here before. It is just a self serving coffee machine and prepackaged (pringles, goldfish, etc.) snacks. The one thing I wish they would consider about the “cafe” part is enclosing the coffee machine along with the snacks. When we came here a cat was laying on the coffee machine and it was very unappealing. I might have missed it in the reading but you also have to take off your shoes, so make sure you are wearing socks! If not they do have some there for purchase. The cats themselves were so adorable and fun to play with! They all deserve a great home and tons of cuddles.

(Pringles was our favorite cat!)

I had no choice but to relinquish my kitten to this establishment for proper care or she would've died of feline panleukopenia which she was diagnosed with once dropped off (obviously I had no idea) and I could not afford to pay a vet bill being that I'm temporarily unemployed -- tried getting pet insurance but found that I couldn't afford that either and by luck, someone referred me to this establishment and I was told I could relinquish her for free so it was my ONLY CHOICE in such a short amount of time after she starting showing signs of the virus. After about a month of texts from the medical director that took my kitten in, along with pictures, I asked if I could possibly adopt her back and was answered with these texts that I am sharing screenshots of below. Unnecessary and unprofessional.

I recently visited the Cat Cafe, and overall, we had a great time! It's important to note (for those who have never been) that this isn't a cafe in the traditional sense—there's no freshly prepared food, just prepackaged and sealed snacks. This wasn't an issue for us since we mainly came to enjoy the company of the cats, and in that regard, the cafe did not disappoint. The cats were friendly, playful, and clearly well cared for, making our visit a delightful experience.

However, one hiccup we encountered was a last-minute request to change our appointment time due to overbooking. While this worked out fine for us, I can see how it could be inconvenient for others who may have stricter schedules.

Despite this minor issue, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to any cat lover looking for a cozy place to unwind and spend time with some adorable felines.

Money well spent! It was so much fun, the workers were incredibly nice, and the cats were adorable and very sweet. Would definitely come back.
