Great place got to adopt. I got two cute kittens, they r the best place
This was such a fun experience! This is not an actual cafe by any means for the people who have not been here before. It is just a self serving coffee machine and prepackaged (pringles, goldfish, etc.) snacks. The one thing I wish they would consider about the “cafe” part is enclosing the coffee machine along with the snacks. When we came here a cat was laying on the coffee machine and it was very unappealing. I might have missed it in the reading but you also have to take off your shoes, so make sure you are wearing socks! If not they do have some there for purchase. The cats themselves were so adorable and fun to play with! They all deserve a great home and tons of cuddles.
Went there with my boyfriend, very nice staff!
(Pringles was our favorite cat!)
I had no choice but to relinquish my kitten to this establishment for proper care or she would've died of feline panleukopenia which she was diagnosed with once dropped off (obviously I had no idea) and I could not afford to pay a vet bill being that I'm temporarily unemployed -- tried getting pet insurance but found that I couldn't afford that either and by luck, someone referred me to this establishment and I was told I could relinquish her for free so it was my ONLY CHOICE in such a short amount of time after she starting showing signs of the virus. After about a month of texts from the medical director that took my kitten in, along with pictures, I asked if I could possibly adopt her back and was answered with these texts that I am sharing screenshots of below. Unnecessary and unprofessional.
I recently visited the Cat Cafe, and overall, we had a great time! It's important to note (for those who have never been) that this isn't a cafe in the traditional sense—there's no freshly prepared food, just prepackaged and sealed snacks. This wasn't an issue for us since we mainly came to enjoy the company of the cats, and in that regard, the cafe did not disappoint. The cats were friendly, playful, and clearly well cared for, making our visit a delightful experience.
However, one hiccup we encountered was a last-minute request to change our appointment time due to overbooking. While this worked out fine for us, I can see how it could be inconvenient for others who may have stricter schedules.
Despite this minor issue, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to any cat lover looking for a cozy place to unwind and spend time with some adorable felines.
Love this place!
Money well spent! It was so much fun, the workers were incredibly nice, and the cats were adorable and very sweet. Would definitely come back.
A whole bunch of lovely cats waiting for people to fall in love and take them home. Go there! Spend time with these lovelies and take a couple home!
Petty and drama
When giving real “feedback” as you would call it, you love to justify your delusions that you are in no wrong! I, as well as many other people can smell the horrid stench of pee and poop. I also can have loads of people back me up that your professionalism is nonexistent. When someone leaves a 1 star review you should ask them what’s wrong instead of replying with “thanks for your so called feedback”. I’m sure you’re going to respond with something along the lines with “well why don’t you come volunteer yourself then? “ well the answer is clear. You chose to work there and it clearly isn’t a right position for you as you are 100% ill minded and not giving the kitties a nice environment. I’m sure a portable bathroom would have smelled nicer. I hope you will improve but i am sure you won’t. At that level of stench you can’t even inform an employee to clean up the cats mess because it is all in the air marinating. Even after multiple reviews there are no improvements. Sad…

I adopted my wonderful kitty from these wonderful humans about 5 years ago now. The owner Abby is very passionate about making sure her rescued beans are well cared for and go to the perfect homes. This is a wonderful adoption option, especially for adult kitties that you want to get to know before they join your family. Always adopts, don't shop ❤️
I have visited numerous times and adopted my recent baby from here. Everyone is 100000% committed to helping the local cats get the medical care they deserve and need, without thinking twice about the expense or how "special" of needs they have. There are many volunteers with huge, loving hearts. The owner and director, Abbey, is an inspirational woman who loves what she does and who's human or personal lives she touches. Their medical director, Chelsea, is very knowledgeable and cares greatly to provide care for the cats the moment one sniffles. The cafe stocks a fridge/snack area full, which are included in your 1 hour, $15/pp reservation. They even host events like Bingo and yoga!
Best cat rescue in the area, a great place for a solo or private party, and best of all - the puuuuurfect place to find your new best friend...or even a best friend for a best friend ?
Want to go back
Absolutely love this place. It's nice to play and chill with cats all while supporting an amazing business. What they do here is honorable and it brings me joy knowing it's right here in Kalamazoo! Check them out!
I love kitties. The craft was disorganized.
