Great drinks and appetizers. Delicious food, so many dishes, and they have good music playing. The wait staff is always nice and very helpful with the menu if you don't know what's what. Great place!!

First time diner and right away everything was great. We were greeted like old customers, very friendly service. The chips and salsa were great, the fajita burrito was delicious, as if the filling had been stewed together. There is also a little spice in the food, which I enjoy so much!
Edit: I ate here again a week later and it was perhaps even better! Great lunch specials.

The only issue I had during my visit was that the restroom door didn't lock. Other than that the place was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food was very good. They even offered my husband some kitchen made salsa that isn't on the menu and it was fantastic.

I got a large take out order for my office on Cinco de Mayo and La Pinata did not disappoint! The owner worked with me to accommodate our special requests and he even helped take it to my car! The food was amazing but the service was even better! 10/10 would recommend

I went on Cinco De Mayo, and it was so busy! All staff were in a good mood, so personable, and so kind! The hostess Claudia made sure everyone felt welcome as they walked in the door. Jonathan was so friendly, and made sure his tables were taken care of. Maria was SO sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. My girl haneen was always available if other waiters were held up. Great job! Not to mention the food and margs were DELICIOUS.

So, my husband and I literally just left this place and I have to say it’s the best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to! That is saying something cause my I’m from Florida where my Tia and tio own a Mexican restaurant for almost 50 years now. I have been searching for a place that even comes close to them with the quality and freshness they have. The food here was out super fast! We sat down got our drinks super fast, I got the margarita. We order and the food is out in what felt like 5 mins. The food was the freshest I have had since my aunts restaurant. Super super fresh! Margarita , amazing! Super smooth! The quality is here for sure! You won’t regret it! Thank you for your fresh tasty food! We came here All the way from Westland lol totally worth it! (I have lived in many states due to the military and nothing compares)

I went to eat a few weeks ago and had a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend the food, since they give you the feeling that the food is not fresh, the prices are not reasonable with the quality of the food, so I paid there, I would have eaten in a place with much more culinary prestige. The waiter's attention was terrible to the point that I had to request service for many needs, ask for clean cutlery, request more drinks, stop me and look for napkins, etc... it lasted approximately more than After 20 minutes they did ask me if I needed something to have a quality experience. He highlighted that there were only a few diners inside. I can speak of no more than 10 people sitting eating. After being there for approximately 1 hour and only 20 minutes after Just try the food because I didn't even ask for it to take away what I left on the table. I stood up and had to go to the cashier to ask for my bill because all the employees (cashier and waiter) were sitting eating, for more than 30 minutes without even worrying about the diners. He did not criticize the employees eating because it is a right that we all have, but being a restaurant they should have coordination where they can take turns and so everyone has to sit down to eat, completely forgetting about the diners. diners.
Used to be amazing, still love the margaritas, the amount and quality of food has definitely gone down. We got the nachos supreme and for $15, we got MAYBE 15 chips with toppings, (my husband and I usually split them, cause there are so many). I would have been embarrassed bringing the dish out. Not sure if it was an off night or if they are trying to cut corners, but very disappointing.

Super delicious food with great portion sizes, friendly staff and very very affordable! Highly recommend the "vegetarian fajitas" which we found to be bursting with flavor. The same goes for the "veggie burrito". Husband loved his pastor and chicken tacos too. Some areas of improvement could be reduction of oil in the fajitas. Overall a great experience!
