Very very slow drive thru. Foods not even that great. I would bypass. There no good chicken in this region. Yes, there's Popeyes but they aren't that great.

A few things to consider. I didnt mind going to Lee's Chicken, in Kalamazoo on Rivereview, until now. I've watched a patterned that disturbs me. The last four times I came, they closed 30 to 40 minutes early. If not that they inquired, they ran out of chicken. Now keep in mind, during this statement, people are laughing in the background. So even if it's true, it looks bad. This happened twice. I spoke to a lady as I drove off, she didn't help make me believe this was true. More like, people were just ready to leave work these nights.

Dined with a wing meal with my grandson treating me to it. We enjoyed it and the service was excellent. And they were busy and still fine service.

Why can't employees just smile? Say hello. No one wants to work. I get it, but please fake it! The food was good this time. Luckily, I gave them another chance. Last time, it was a waste of money . If the food next time is as good as last time I'll give you a better review???

Food was not hot, and tasted below average. Side portions are significantly decreased, I got a tablespoon size portion of Mac n cheese. Our biscuits were dry and burnt, my chicken was luke warm. Everything tasted like they made it 30 mins ago and it sat on the counter till we picked it up. Don't recommend.

Asked ahead what time the dining room closed and one girl said they close at 9so I ordered my food and waited for an Uber that was 15 minutes away at 8:30 and while waiting instead of coming to me and saying something I hear this ghetto hollering from the back that they close at 8:30. I got my drink and the syrup needed to be changed but nobody seemed to care much about that but then I get home and try to eat the chicken but it was slimy so if you want nasty chicken, pop you can't drink and to be treated poorly this would be the place to go. Smh I'll never spend any of my money there again. I almost forgot that I only got 2 chicken strips and I paid for 3 but that was ok cuz it was so gross
