This business is really an upsetting form for a retirement fund. They do not put their money back into the business, nor do they put their money back into their employees. It’s sad to see the gears behind this business but they’re not meant to be and due to your recent political posts on your Facebook page I will be letting everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. Whoever runs your Facebook page should be fired.

It’s probably my fault for not realizing it’s not like every other yogurt shop across the country that charges by weight. Got 2 small cups being conservative as we don’t eat that much sugar and at the normal by the weight price it’s expensive. What I paid is triple my norm. I guess when I want to go pig out on a massive cup of ice cream I will go here. Not all consumers want to go hog wild.

Most froyo places weigh what you get but Let's Swirl does not. I prefer knowing how much it's going to cost. This is a typical froyo place, has lots of toppings and flavors and it's clean. Lots of parking at this location also. All in all this is a decent place for froyo, a word I am uncomfortable using but the brevity of which I appreciate. You been to a froyo place? This is like that only it's a flat 5 bucks for a medium.

My girlfriend and I went there 12 minutes before close. Usually I'm not the type to do that, but it's a froyo place, it's not like we'd make a big mess. However the door was already locked. We rechecked the hours but it said they should be open. As we were testing the door, another car asked us if they were closed and we explained the situation. You lost at least 3 customers tonight, and likely more. Highly disappointed. I have worked in food service before, heck even in a froyo place, and I understand being tired at the end of the day and wanting to get out, but locking the doors early is just plain unprofessional and disrespectful.

The best place to get froyo in Kalamazoo. They always have good flavors and fresh toppings. Everything is self serve so you can have fun and mix and match your flavors and your toppings. The inside is clean and they sometimes have specials throughout the week. This is the spot to go if you are having a sweet tooth!
