The cashier proceeded to throw a pizza at me. After calling me the b word after all, I did was simply ask if the pizza's that we're in the warmer for someone in the drive through. He proceeded to get mad and throw the pizzas that were intended for me that we're in the oven on the ground. I will never go back to that location ever again.It was dirty.The staff was rude

Ordered delivery driver dropped the food and ran away. Didn't get all of what we were sopost to. Can't call it don't go through. I'm done with this place they mess up every time

45+ minute wait for pizza. The manager is ignorant and lazy with poor customer service. Definitely will not be back to this location.
Worst location in Kalamazoo. Sometimes they lose your pizza and can’t find it. Sometimes there’s uncooked dough. They leave most pizzas on the counter and barely use the warmer. They need some milk bad.
Had to remind them to give us our food when it was done.

Must be this place has a new manager. Our thin crust was by far the best we have had in a long time, plenty of sauce and cheese. This location is only a few blocks from work . Other coworkers also said their previous orders over the last few weeks have been great. Don't go by the old reviews. Check out the New And Improved!!!!

I just ordered two pizzas and two crazy breads. My fiancé went inside the store after 15 minutes and just sat there for almost 20 minutes before anybody even acknowledged him. The store is slow and not recommended. Please get it together and find employees that actually know what they’re doing and actually care about their customers Thanks
