My wife and I took our son, daughter in law, and grandsons here on my 70th birthday. We had a great experience (food, cocktails, conversation). Our waitress gave us good service and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had a bowl of Louies special Chile (very good). Our appetizers were also a hit! We will definitely be back. Lastly, the seats are by far the most comfortable I have ever had in a restaurant!

There is something seriously wrong with this place. The service is embarrassing and it's been going on for years with no improvement. Obviously there are no standards in place which speaks volumes about management. If the front of the house is this poorly managed everybody should be concerned with what is happening in the back of the house. I can only imagine what is happening inside the kitchen. I keep coming back hoping things had improved and nothing ever changes.

Louies has fast friendly service with consistently good food. We ordered the nachos tonight and there was no meat on them even after paying three dollars extra. We told the waitress and she said that they are always served with very little meat and they are not going to change the way they make them. She apologized

The smoked crab dip was a hit. Unfortunately, the nachos were cold, the cheese was barely melted, and the extra chicken was so sparse we couldn't taste it. The guacamole was good, but that was it. It should've been heated longer.

Low quality ingredients in the drinks. Margaritas tastes like bottled sour mix or schnapps depending on what you get. Nachos are low quality, easily go to Zebs around the corner if you want better quality for a similar price. Overall, not worth the stomach ache you’ll get when you’re done.

Pleasantly surprised by this fun bar/ restaurant in a strip mall. Went on a Friday night early and heard pleasant acoustic guitar music during our dinner. Food was decent, options for people that don't eat meat were limited but tasted good. My husband is pretty picky about fish tacos and thought the grilled shrimp tacos were pretty good. He is also picky about cocktails, and thought the Old Fashioned was decent, but they need some more adult cocktail glasses to serve them in - came out in what looked like a kids soda glass. All-in-all, a nice place for a family Friday night out. Our server, Joe, did a great job keeping us happy on a very busy night. We will be back.

Met some friends for dinner. Seated about 630 in the back area. Was told there was a band playing at 8. 3 times I believe it was a manager came to our table and said hey we have a concert at 8 so if your going to be here later then that we will need a $5 cash cover from each of you. First of all we did not ask to be seated in the back and secondly we felt very rushed to order, eat, and leave. While the food was amazing we felt it was not necessary to come to our table 3 times to remind us to be out by 8 or pay the cover. Yes we would have probably been out before 8pm anyways but it put a damper on dinner for sure.

Communication is key to everything in life. Communicate with your customers! Please. Instead I left feeling like it was racially motivated. Being denied service. Already feeling uncomfortable stepping into your establishment. Educate your employees. Don’t judge off of appearance. I was looking to spend in your establishment. But being denied off of false accusations. Because of touching a “deer” when there was no sign. Being a first time customer I will not be supporting this establishment.We came for the band and the after experience was terrible. Not acceptable. Let me reiterate COMMUNICATE with customers! A simple letting us know about the bar would have been perfect, instead we were ignored and targeted.
