Micro sized very thin perch, over fried, substituted for bluegill, high priced for such a small portion, felt like a kids meal at an adult price. This location has never been as good as downtown location used to be. Not enough restauraunts in the area(zebs recently closed) so it was crowded enough but i think they will have to so better when they have more competition.

Another awesome addition to our RRT favorites was Louie’s in Kalamazoo!
We grabbed a spot at the bar and were lucky enough to be taken care of by Alyssa, who was an EXCELLENT bartender/server. Friendly, attentive, and fun—she made it a great experience.
The food was fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the history of this place makes it even cooler.

As a mom of a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old, this was the best solo dining experience I’ve had with my kids in a long time. I highly recommend dining on the patio. The low tables are perfect for families, there are benches alongside them, and the entire patio is fenced in, which made it much less stressful.
