Stayed in hotel behind the store, Ordered food through the mobile app for counter pickup around 9:45 pm, shortly arrived, walked inside, and was told to leave because the lobby was closed, but the door was unlocked with posted hours open until 11pm, I was told to go through the drive through, but I said I'm not driving I walked, then I was told to stand outside in 20 degree weather, no one ever came out so after waiting for almost 20 mins, I asked through the drive through window...read full review
