- I order Arby's about 3 - 4 times a month . Great inside and drive thru service. I've never ordered door dssh or whatever.
..Generous meat portions. imo better then Subway, JJ , Potbelly. I've read comments on slow service. Could be they're going at the busiest time. With the app. good coupons for savings . I always use their online coupons. Managers Amber and Matt and crews hold it down.
Great choices for something besides hamburgers and pizza

Kennedy noticed that the Dr. Pepper looked off as it was dispensing and offered to replace it if I detected anything wrong. She was right, the syrup was low. She offered to replace it and had the new soda ready in no time at all. Thank you Kennedy!

Arby's, located on Stadium in Kzoo, offers a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. The staff is patient and helpful, and the food is fresh, with good quality and options like the buy one get one free promotion in April. The service is friendly, with some employees going above and beyond. The drive-through process could be improved, but overall, Arby's provides a positive dining experience. Customers enjoy the convenient location near Costco and the delicious beef sandwiches. The cheerfulness of the staff is also praised, and they strive to make the experience pleasant, even when dealing with a rush. While there may be occasional issues with orders, the staff is quick to address and resolve any problems, as demonstrated by the shift manager's prompt action to replace the missing ranch sauce.
