This place used to be one of the best arbys in town. But since the renovation, the staff seems like it's a problem that you come in to order food even the easiest of orders is a hassle to them, the wait time is too long, and to make matters worse today on a 15 minute break I pulled up to the drive through and they tell me they are doing doordash only due to short staff. The workers never do their job on the night shift. I’ve been here multiple times when they let me sit in the drive through for 15 minutes before telling me they aren’t taking orders or flat out never answering and I can see them sitting at the drive through window. Google says they close at 2am and I have issues after 11pm.

I’m pretty sure this Arby’s does not know how to make a Rueben. 1st time ordered at this location and it was like warm around the outside and cold in the middle. Thought it was a fluke so ordered again a few months later and it was prepared the same way. The bread isn’t even toasted.
