buy lunch for My employees everyday. last 2 times at McD orders where prepared wrong or just missing. Went back to get correct food and still got one item wrong. won't answer phone. not wasting another trip. Dropping from lunch rotation until they get it. Please boycott until they fix this very fixable problem. Hurt their bottom line and they will listen.
Went through the drive thru tonight. They were not busy. The person taking our order needed us to repeat everything we ordered repeatedly. To the point she asked what my husband wanted to drink with his order three times in a row. When we got our order the order was correct. But no straws. I went in to grab them, none were in the drink area so i went to the counter to ask. The lady (who is the one that took our order) never acknowledged me. McDonald's is a reliable fast-food option with a consistent experience. The restaurant offers easy parking. The staff are kind and caring, and they work together really good. One customer had a great experience because of the staff. They apologized for a wait and gave a cone for free, and were very sweet. Another customer noted the staff were kind, accommodating, and engaged, and extremely patient. The best feature is the tasty hamburgers.
