Burgers taste like they've been sitting around. The meat doesn't have that good old Wendys flavor or texture.
The woman working last night 3-17-26 deserves a raise. She was running the entire operation by herself, remained professional and friendly and got the job done! We appreciated her efforts and truly hope her night got better.
Wendy’s, it’s not realistic to have one person run that entire thing by themselves, do what you can to keep that woman because she’s a gem, and a VERY hard worker!!!

Customers have reported that orders, including breakfast items like the bacon breakfast burrito and seasoned potato, are often fulfilled correctly and are fresh, but some have experienced issues with temperature and forgotten items.
