buy lunch for My employees everyday. last 2 times at McD orders where prepared wrong or just missing. Went back to get correct food and still got one item wrong. won't answer phone. not wasting another trip. Dropping from lunch rotation until they get it. Please boycott until they fix this very fixable problem. Hurt their bottom line and they will listen.
Waited for over 5 minutes at drive trough speaker and nobody was taking orders at 5:20pm! Both lanes just sitting burning gas. Had to leave and get to work without service. Pathetic.
Manager on duty has a serious attitude problem, Placed a mobile order and upgraded my drink to a large Carmel iced coffee. Gave them my code and pulled up to the window to get my order and there was no mention of unavailability of anything. The individual at the window handed me my food then a medium iced coffee. McDonald's is a reliable fast-food option with a consistent experience. The restaurant offers easy parking. The staff are kind and caring, and they work together really good. One customer had a great experience because of the staff. They apologized for a wait and gave a cone for free, and were very sweet. Another customer noted the staff were kind, accommodating, and engaged, and extremely patient. The best feature is the tasty hamburgers.
