Someone told us about Niko's and how good their food is. So we decided to try it for breakfast. Everything was fantastic and our waitress Kiki was excellent. Pancake was so soft and fluffy with a wonderful cake flavor. Not the least bit bland like many pancakes served at other locations. American fries were thin sliced potatoes and fried. The service is extremely slow for just a coffee but when it came 30 minutes later it was wonderful. The lemon pie we shared was extremely good. Quality is top shelf they just need to speed & the delivery of the product. I know when in Mexico it’s chill time ! But waiting 30 minutes for a coffee is unacceptable.
I'm maybe one of there most consistent usual Sunday morning customers and almost always order the same thing which they've all almost memorized.
