They overwork their employees.

Solid sports bar with above average grub. The bartenders were excellent 9 out of 10 times, making it an easy staple bar & grill. Great for a 5:15 adult beverage, iced-tea, apps or all in dinner, catch a game or chat with locals & visitors alike. One of the few sure bets in Kzoo.

I will definitely be back again! Maybe even go skating next time! ❤️

They seem to not know what they're doing ever since they got moved upstairs for renovations. Zero communication with guests.

2 visits: Thursday 3/13 was slow and the food was not that great. Very pricey for lunch. Friday was quick and delicious and we had extra time to get to relax before afternoon conference sessions. Still pricey for lunch. Our waiter was amazing!!

Ordered the Chicken Strips on DoorDash, wasn't aware they replaced their delicious fries with Pub Chips and was not pleased.

The chicken strips were dry but still tasty, but the Pub Chips basically ruined the meal. They were tasteless, visually unappealing, and just really made the food disappointing.

Definitely NOT worth the $20 I just spent...

Mostly disappointed the restaurant was in morning cafe. Not the atmosphere we expected. Didn't stay long or order drinks.

The Bar and Grill is closed. They are serving from a breakfast cafe in the Radisson. This should be noted when making a reservation. Confusing to find the location and not what we signed up for .... Menu was limited but food was good.

Loved the chicken salad and my husband had the burrito bowl. Boneless chicken wings were delicious! Was a great dining experience and Izzy was great- friendly, helpful and efficient! Great night!

The bartenders are friendly and that's one of the most important things to me.

Everyone was wonderful! The service was top notch and the food was delicious. There was a very strong professional Management presence. We were in town for convention and there were multiple conventions in town so they were very busy but all our needs were met within a reasonable time.
If you're in town this is a must go to spot.

honestly was the best experience i've had in a restaurant in a while, i took my girlfriend out to celebrate her and not only did she love the food but the customer service was amazing! we will be going back for another date!
