Starbucks in downtown Kalamazoo offers a great experience with friendly and helpful staff. The location is clean, spacious, and welcoming with plenty of seating options. Customers praise the delicious coffee and food, especially the pumpkin bread. The baristas are known for making perfect drinks every time, with one customer mentioning the best mochas they've ever tasted. Despite not visiting for over a year, the staff still remembered a customer's name, making it a top choice in town.
