Greated by amazing staff! The bathrooms, lobby, & coffee station is so clean here! Amazed at the hard working staff that pulled this off today. They even called me "a top tier" customer. I'm flattered and totally driving out of my way to make thisna regular stop from now on.
I enjoy biggby, they're always polite and normally my order is perfect. Just stopped at this location about 20 minutes ago and ordered four bagel sandwiches and two coffees. A bit excessive but we were hungry. I tipped $20 before receiving my order. One bagel was not toasted. My 20z hot caramel marvel is not a caramel marvel. It quite literally tastes like salt. My mint mocha was fine. Not sure if they were rushing but I've always been trained to be accurate over fast working...read full review
