I just went here before work to get breakfast for me and my bf. We got 2 chais and 2 bagels. When we got our chais they tasted like coffee, and the barista told us she thought we asked for chai chargers which is completely okay, mistakes happen, I work in customer service I get it. But she had a rude tone with us when asking how she could fix it and they remade our drinks in 2 seconds and they tasted not how they normally do and extremely watered down. My go to spot for my coffee or frozen beverage. The one thing I have noticed is the price difference of Bigby. I usually order the same thing same every time and I have been to several different bigby within my area and there is always at least a 1.00 difference depending which I go to.
Top notch customer service from everyone that works here! Maddie is such a sweetheart, willing to go above and beyond for the customers.
I have always loved this biggby and recommend it to anyone I know!
