I wanted to give a shoutout to Maddie who went above and beyond for me! I had an order for 30 drinks for a firm pickup time of 8:10am on a Monday. Maddie and her staff had all drinks ready to go, name tags on each drink, and she even helped me get the drinks into my vehicle. I’ll be back for future orders!
I just went here before work to get breakfast for me and my bf. We got 2 chais and 2 bagels. When we got our chais they tasted like coffee, and the barista told us she thought we asked for chai chargers which is completely okay, mistakes happen, I work in customer service I get it. But she had a rude tone with us when asking how she could fix it and they remade our drinks in 2 seconds and they tasted not how they normally do and extremely watered down. My go to spot for my coffee or frozen beverage. The one thing I have noticed is the price difference of Bigby. I usually order the same thing same every time and I have been to several different bigby within my area and there is always at least a 1.00 difference depending which I go to.
