All in all I would have given these folks a 5 across the board except for decor but I had a incident in which I asked could I get it replaced as I asked for frozen n it was just çold I was refused, then my beverage slammed down on the counter and was told take it or leave it WOW!!! I'm a regular customer there always get the same thing never complained any other time so that's why I scored them the way I did I've always been very customer oriented n go above n beyond to make sure they are happy this is the Biggby Coffee on Portage Rd by West Lake

Biggby is my local coffee place of choice, and I love their stuff. But the service and quality at this Biggby today was awful. I was the 6th car in the drive thru, so I expected a bit of a wait. But 25-30 minutes later when I finally got my food and was able to move on with my day, I had some*chilly* egg cups, and a regular hot chocolate rather than the dark hot chocolate I ordered (yes, I can tell the difference!). I was very frustrated with the whole experience, and I hope they can improve things, since this is the closest store to my home.

I Hurried my way there after a long shift as a nurse in the emergency room, I wanted to use my happy hour coupon but I arrived at 404pm so they declined my coupon. Coffee was good at least

Ordered a "large dirty chai latte" -- just like that. To a barista, that should be like a gin and tonic is to a bartender. Not on the official menu, but a very simple drink to not mess up. Especially with the word "Dirty" explicitly inserted -- not indicating that I would like a filthy drink, but a chai latte with espresso added. A delicious staple in a well-balanced life of coffee consumption.Upon receiving my beverage and tasting it, it was noticeably missing the coffee flavor that makes a dirty chai so delicious. Went back inside and asked if they knew if there was espresso in the latte or not. No, the drink did not have espresso, I was told.Explaining that I had ordered and paid for a dirty chai latte, I requested a couple of shots of espresso added to the beverage that I had purchased. The cashier said that it was her fault, but that it was "Free shot Friday," so I could get up to one shot for free. A large latte would probably have at least two or three shots, so I asked if I could please get two or three. The cashier then wanted to charge me approximately $3.50, in addition to the approximate $7.50 that I had already paid (including $1.00 tip), for shots that I had clearly ordered and she had not rung up, nor communicated to the beverage-maker that it was a dirty chai. Not wanting to pay another $3.50 for what I had originally requested and paid for, I declined any shots at all and left. 90% of the drink was distributed in the wind at 70mph on US-131, which was much more gratifying than actually drinking the warm milk with slight chai notes (KEPT THE CUP - NOT A LITTERBUG).When I pulled into Biggby today, I felt in my gut that it was mistake, but a bathroom was necessary, and I do not like to use the restroom without purchasing something. But after this disappointing experience, I was again reminded why I usually avoid Biggby at all cost.Starbucks has made the same mistake ONCE, and on the one occasion that they forgot the espresso, they simply brewed the shots, and added them to my drink at no charge. Is this not the correct way of handling such a situation? At the time of my purchase, there was an auditor there, making notes and observations about the barista's performance and drink preparation. She carefully weighed my drink before shouting in an unreasonable volume "Large Chai!!", and handing it to me. She was still there when I went back in to talk about the missing espresso, and did nothing to help correct the problem. The incompetence, lack of correct customer care, and the mediocre beverages are plenty of reason for me to steer away from Biggby in the future, and stick to what I know is going to be done correctly -- Starbucks.

Waited at driveup speaker for almost 10 minutes (had to keep window mostly up bc of stink bugs on menu board) before I could order, then almost another 10 minutes at window after I paid for 2 drinks. The blonde girl kept her back to me most of the time, while standing there just waiting on someone else to make drinks while she chewed on her nails, or whatever she had her hands in her mouth for. Then they were terrible drinks!! Poorly made. This location is BAD.

Soooooooooooooooo slllllooooooowwwwww!!! I pulled in the line this morning at 8:05. It is 824 and I am exactly the same place I started. I don't know what the guy in front of me ordered unless he requested freshly baked donuts but for love of God, staff more people or shut down your drive-through.
