It was a wonderful experience. Everything was above and beyond just good. I ordered a porterhouse which I'm still waiting on but everything up to this point has been incredible. Our waiter was wonderful and it was his birthday. A great experience for me and my family.

What happened!!! This place went from down under to down hill. I understand they are short staffed and service was slower, but Jess made up for that with her personality. We ordered beer but their tap system was broke (apparently a month ago), we ordered the house wine but they did not have that either. I ordered the steak and chicken combo and it looked like they took the piece of chicken off of someone else's plate as it was cooked and then cut in half plus the steak had no flavor. Jess asked the manager come over and she completely skirted addressing any of the issues. This place also is in need of repairs as several of the booth seat are all ripped. There are so many better places in town and we will not be returning.

From the Land Down Under straight to your plate, Outback Steakhouse is a great option any day of the week. Me and the fam took Mom here for a Mother's Day treat and were not disappointed in our experience. Unfortunately, everyone else had the same idea so we choose takeout. The workers serving the Meals-to-Go traffic worked extra hard to accommodate us. They offered us drinks while we waited and made sure we had all of our needs met. Be sure to tip these hard workers extra big when choosing this route. As for the meal itself, be sure to try some blooming onions, they're exceptional! The burgers we're cooked to perfection, but the steak was a little too well done for Mom, which is why I did not give them five stars. Otherwise we had a phenomenal time and we will definitely be back. While you're here, be sure to grab dessert, I hear the Brownie Thunder From Down Under tastes great, even if it does sound like a horrible bathroom experience ?

Everything was very average, food was underdone or in the case of the bloomin onion not done. Server was very nice but must have been busy because we rarely saw her. Manager dropped the food off and said if there were problems to tell her but we never saw any staff to address our issues. Not mad but probably won't return
Considering they only had a limited amount of staff the service a amazing. Our waitress was on top of everything and did a great job in a stressful environment. The food was good. My daughter wanted Alfredo but didn't want the shrimp that came with either plate. It was no problem to substitute the shrimp out, she had chicken with steak Alfredo. I had steak and shrimp Alfredo, hubby had steak and shrimp and son had a burger. Everything was cooked exactly how we requested it. GREAT JOB, with limited staffing.

I always enjoyed Outback, but lately it is awful. The manager is nice but the managing partner is anything but. Two times this week I went and they could not get the order correct. The steak which was supposed to be medium well came back rare twice. They didn't put on cooler area and cover on the grill they charred it and the third time it was way well done. I was given the meal but not told come back on us so sorry, just well guy is brand new on grill. That is not a way to do hospitality. I chose your restaurant in a pandemic when others won't go out. If you can't get help close until you get back on your feet with training and able to provide service. This was unacceptable. I will never come back and won't recommend. I will be contacting Tampa corporate, this really was awful. No excuse for poor customer service. You aren't being fair to the customer who comes in and expects a good steak for a fair price and to be given sub-par food prep and service. You need to rethink what is best for customer care at this point.

Steak was cooked well but not heavily seasoned as requested. Mashed potatoes were so dry they crumbled every time i tried to take a bite and the "loaded" upgrade had only a tiny bit of the sour cream so it didn't help. Steakhouse mac and cheese was flavored ok and cooked right but dry and not much cheese anything. Was served with half my steak hanging off the plate.

The wife and I decided to go here for our anniversary after having not been to Outback for several years due to extremely bad service the prior 2 times before that. We were completely blown away this time. Our server Taylor was absolutely perfect and right on with everything. Both managers we dealt with were absolutely amazing and the food was to die for. We both had the chicken and ribs combos and they were cooked perfectly!!!! It's so nice to have such an excellent meal and dining experience after not having one. We will definitely be back!!!!

Went for our anniversary tonight. Taylor was our server, she was on time with everything, friendly, upbeat and helpful. One of the managers was tending bar, the drinks were perfect, nothing was too strong or to weak, just blended perfectly. The food was hot, fresh and full of amazing flavor. Everything was simply perfect!! We will definitely be back.
