Pizza made wrong, waited an additional 10-15 with the pizza just sitting on the shelf getting cold. Pizza ordered was a Shaq a roni but scanned about 10-15 pepperoni on the pizza. Wanted me to wait an additional 10 minutes for a remake but I didn’t have the time and asked for my money back and the manager ZACK, had an attitude when I suggested giving me the pizza at half price, told me no then didn’t want to give me her name. The man on night shift with the dreads needs a raise! He was in the kitchen by himself popping out orders left and right and on top of that he kept a good attitude. Food was great too and he gave me extra garlic. Idk what theyre paying him but its not enough

Listen this place is always understaffed and unprepared. I understand it is a busy store but if you ever have an issue, good luck talking to anyone because they will hide in the back, and I would too if I never had any pizzas ready. Normal Papa John's, nothing fancy. No Dine in. The food is decent if you don't mind waiting 35 minutes everytime you want a quick pizza.
