I ordered a custom pizza that I earned using my point from HutRewards (loyal customer). The pizza was supposed to have barbecue sauce on it and it did not and when I called to inform them the manager said he didn’t believe me and that he knew they put barbecue on it. Very argumentative, bad customer service, what a dickhead.
Friendly and fast service. Was updated on how long my order would take on a very busy Friday night. Food was good. I had the wings and a personal bbq chicken bacon pizza. Very Happy with the whole service
Ordered delivery to the hotel. Tipped well but got not silverware, napkins, or dressing for the salad.
