Im absolutely disgusted on how this place treats their customers. I order a pizza that said it was delivered at 7:15 pm and over an hour later I still got nothing. I called and they said they delivered the pizza and someone signed for it. Mind you I live alone! I told them I never received the pizza. The lady continued to argue with me about it and told me the address they sent it to, which was my address but I never got it. The lady was rude and told me I could try to fight...read full review
Pizza was freezing cold. onions only on 3 pieces of pizza. crust of the thin crust pizza crumbled like bread crumbs. patches of sauce where cheese should be. I never really had a problem with Pizza Hut but this is hands down the worst pizza I've ever had. A frozen Tombstone pizza is better than this. Tried to suck it up & eat it after I reheated it in the oven. Its tasteless skimpy topping & missing cheese made it impossible. Pizza Hut offers hot and fresh food with great service. The meat lovers pizza could use more toppings, while the new My Hot Boxes have fairly plentiful toppings. The personal pan pizza would be better if it were a little more well done. The garlic bread was burnt black from cooking too long, but the delivery was on time and the driver was friendly. The medium BBQ wings were very good and offered great value for the price, $6.99. The restaurant is kid-friendly and has a lower spot on the sidewalk for wheelchair accessibility.
