I found this cute little restaurant while I was staying in Kalamazoo. The food was amazing, the service was excellent and the prices were unbelievable. Gia was my server all three times i came in, and she really went above and beyond. On my second visit, I also met Bre, who made this delicious treat for me, after I had a pretty tough morning. Thanks ladies! I will definitely be back.

Poor Richards gives me that small town vibe. Like in a movie when everyone knows everyone! I love the lighthouses on the shelves. The Cooks, & Servers are GR8! Food is good EVERY TIME I go!

Biscuits & Gravy here are the best.

so disappointed by the quality of the food I received ... I ordered the poor Richard's scramble one of the supposed signature dishes... the ingredients are not fresh they used canned mushrooms and bacon bits with 1 whole real piece not cooked thru.. The quality of the food has def gone downhill .. I frequented this place in my early 20s and it was great... have to say I probably wont go back

I used to love this place, but the service and quality have really gone downhill. I was in a good mood and I wasn’t in a rush. But 30 minutes wait time was enough time for my friends to convince me to meet up with them elsewhere. The place wasn’t even that busy.

Phenomenal food. Mushroom Swiss burger with bacon, matched with some onion rings and a pepsi. Amazing. Alyssa was super friendly and just a great person to have there.

Great place for lunch.

One of the workers was very rude. Behind the counter. She asked if we were ready to order. We misunderstood what she said thinking she asked if we wanted coffee. She got upset and leaned over the counter in a snarky tone saying that's not what I asked you. Answer what I asked you. It ruined the whole mood. Pancake was burnt on one side, you could barely cut it. The eggs and hasbrowns were good. But I personally will never come back here because of that nasty staff member.

One of my favorite go to breakfast places but today I was just there with my husband and kids, the waitress saw us come in, we sat down and we didn’t even have to look at the menu because we already know what we want, waited a good 5-10 minutes, a guy came and sat down he immediately was attended, then another family came, and they also got attended right away and we were never attended or even greeted.. we got up and left and the waitress still has the nerve to say “have a wonderful day” .. unfortunately I will never be returning. I felt very discriminated.
