I was at an event that the organizers brought in Q-it-Up. It was some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had!! These guys knocked it out of the park. I will keep them in mind at at the top of the list for catering!!
Bryan and his team are outstanding! As a wedding vendor myself I have had a lot of bbq but they don’t stand a chance against Que it up! We got married on 10.25.25 and had SO MANY people come up and tell us how much they loved the food! You cannot go Wrong with Que it up!
Q-It-Up catered a family member’s wedding- the staff was professional and kind and the food was amazing! We loved smelling the food on the grills leading up to the festivities. Would book again if the opportunity arose.

For a company X-mas party at the Gilmore Car Museum, the open pit kept going in 17 degree weather, and the finished product was hot and mouth watering. Guests were super impressed, with some saying it was some of the best BBQ they ever had. At a wedding, many people said they loved the food, and guests from Texas admitted it was the best BBQ they ever had. Specific meals mentioned include Tri-Tip Sirloin, Chicken Thighs, Cheesy Potatoes, and salsa. The team made the catering process a breeze from menu selection to packing up leftovers. The restaurant is highly recommended for legit Santa Maria style BBQ.
