I recently stopped at Roca in downtown Kalamazoo on one of those beautifully perfect Saturday evenings when summer is still holding on while fall hovers just over its shoulder, patiently waiting for its turn. I sat outside on the covered patio and was immediately welcomed by Cardyn, who was absolutely exceptional throughout the evening.

One of the best tacos I've had outside of Mexico. The beef was really flavourful, the tortilla was hand maded, every ingredient was made to be in there. I had the beef tacos, it has three units, highly suggest if you are in the mood for a delicious meal.

Have only been in twice but the two times my boyfriend and I have gone we have had the pleasure of Sarah waiting on us. She is personable, hilarious, and very knowledgeable of the menu! Thank you Sarah for being so awesome! 🧚🏼
