Barista was rude when I asked her to not put too much ice in my drink. She did after the fact and when I asked if she could top off my drink with oatmilk she refused and told me to use the oatmilk that was by the coffee creamer.

every time i order from here i end up waiting more than ten minutes on top of the ten minutes they normally quote me. today i waited nearly 30 minutes for a cup of coffee.

barista with a lot of upper lip hair is typically very unwelcoming and impatient when i’m greeted by her. sighs when i order things and glares at customers. i have never seen someone hate their job and life this much to take it out on customers. your coffee exchange should be a positive experience and you should not feel uncomfortable ordering a drink at a coffee shop.

If I were to describe my visit in one word, it would be delighted, but one word does not do this place justice. I did not know quite what to expect as I have never been to a coffee shop before, but it's safe to say I was more than delightfully surprised! The interior seating was immaculately upkept and just spaced out enough to feel like home. The selection of goods was astonishing! However, what really made the trip was the amazing service I received. I am sure all the staff that work here are awesome, but today, I was blessed to have Abigail as a barista. She was exceptionally kind and patient with a first timer like myself, and, even through the flurry of orders, she was able to curate a genuine connection with me! I recommend everyone to give this place a shot! It is truly exceptional in every way!

Purchased two gift cards and didn’t realize I was being charged 20% tip on top of cost of cards. Barista gave no indication of that when she rang up purchase.

Overrated!

This Starbucks is convenient if you’re grocery shopping while waiting for your coffee, but if you plan to just run in for a quick coffee I don’t recommend this location. They always seem very understaffed and busy with only 2, sometimes even only 1 employee working. I’ve been to this location multiple times and have waited up to 15 minutes for one coffee. The workers are nice, but like I said, they always seem so busy because it just seems like there is hardly anyone working there during rush hour and the line will have 10 people waiting. Again, it’s fine if you’re also there to grocery shop at D&W, but don’t expect to be in and out.

I don’t know is going on at the Starbucks in D&W today. But I paid $5 for a cup of garbage. Service was sketchy as well. I’ll stick to the West Main location ?
