Love this place but don't appreciate them raising the prices on the specialty coffees. Remember they are over5 bucks a cup now. Might have to start going to McDonald's. Times change, still love Starbucks and prices don't bother me anymore. Life long goer!!!!

When we were grabbing our drinks on our way out we thanked the staff for being open and making us drinks so close to close. All the girls on staff turned to glare and the girl with red hair said "just so you know ......we close in 5 minutes"

Everything I ordered for delivery was delivered cold and on top of that I didn't even get a correct order I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and what I got was milk with just barely a hint of peppermint very disappointed and will not be using this store

One of the best Starbucks experiences I have had. Bella, at the West Main location, is a gem. One of the most friendly batista/staff I think this location has ever had. Super kind, and genuine presence, and my coffee was great tonight. ❤️

Most of the time the Baristas get the food order right...but some have a problem with making the drink..as far as how much goes into the drink. The inside atmosphere is always one usually of peace.

This store was FILTHY. Gross bathrooms, overflowing trash cans, floors that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week, syrup splatter all over the espresso bar glass, dirty tables and chairs…not one sanitary surface in the entire store. The espresso machines were also not working properly and it was pulling short shots, so my drink tasted watery.

If I could give this place a zero for customer service I so would they are disrespectful to the customer, when a customer comes up with an issue on a drink that is supposed to have whipped cream your not supposed to ask ? the customer if it supposed to have it on it and say only certain ones have it on it. I'm a customer I buy it all the time and when u work there your supposed to know your items not question a customer and a customer is supposed to always be right. Your not supposed to be really rude to a customer and then laugh when they walk away and only apologize constantly to the other customer

Honestly very awful experience. The girl at the drive through seemed to not be able to handle pressure at all. I've worked as a barista so i feel like I can pick and choose what is worth writing a bad review about. Asked for a venti iced latte, and a matcha lemonade with light ice. we had it written down for gosh sakes. She made it hot the first time, was rude when we asked for what we ordered instead, and then made it in a grande(?). She said she would have to charge us for a Venti, for their mistakes! I understand there is a line, but there would be so many more quick interactions if you just listened and read the ticket. We shouldn't have to pray that we get what we ordered! (Matcha didn't have light ice either). They're quite simple requests. Just do your job and if you can't, you should be fired. Simple as that! Maybe just go to biggby (;
