One of the best Starbucks experiences I have had. Bella, at the West Main location, is a gem. One of the most friendly batista/staff I think this location has ever had. Super kind, and genuine presence, and my coffee was great tonight. ❤️
They are so friendly! I've been in there twice and I was already dreading my work day but they left me a fun little message on my cup! I used to be a regular at biggbys a lot but they hurt my stomach and was often too sweet, but Starbucks always seems to have a perfect balance, definitely going to be a returning customer since it's been so nice 2 days in a row!
Fast and friendly service, they keep it clean, and there's a nice secluded lounging area where I love to sit and focus on writing.
However, if you plan on coming here to focus like I do, I recommend you do NOT come on Sundays because they will play Taylor Swift nonstop. This is the first Sunday I've been here though so maybe it's not every Sunday, but they definitely play better music on Saturdays. Time to get some better noise cancelling earbuds!

Starbucks Coffee Company has friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The staff provides amazing work, with short wait times. Some employees, like the barista, make lactose free recommendations and are very friendly and helpful. The orders are usually right, and seating is available. However, the service can be a little slow, and pastries may be lukewarm when heated. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company provides good experiences, with some employees going above and beyond, making it a place to go back to.
