First time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. A few weeks later I visited again and I was heavily disappointed with how I was treated. This whole tip culture has gotten out of hand but do not be rude to customers and then expect a tip for under average customer service and overpriced food and beverages. Employees need to be trained to treat everyone with respect. Slamming my drink down and walking away is not how you'd treat the CEO. Horrible experience! I waited a few days...read full review
This Starbucks is one of the slowest I’ve ever been to. They also randomly close the lobby so you’re never really sure when they’re open. There are others around this area that will randomly close as well. Needs to be more consistency.
