Always takes forever to get drink. I don't go in drive thru anymore because it always takes 20+ minutes. I normally mobile order and it's fine, but recently been having to wait for 20 min after promise time even when they aren't overly busy. They never seem understaffed. Drinks are almost always made right though.

Loud, and Starbucks coffee is still terrible...but I have to give a shout out to the INCREDIBLE STAFF. Wow, the team KILLED IT today. Super busy, but everyone was focused, working together, being superhumanly patient with customers, etc. I can tell that they are being supported and led by their management team. Great job, everyone. Seriously. That's so rare.

Everyone is always so awesome, drinks are amazing and always yummy. Very nice selection. My daughter's love coming here. Would however love to see something offered in zero sugar for the diabetic in the house. One time the woman working there tried so hard to make a drink for my daughter who is type two diabetes. Bless her heart for at least trying, thank youDietary restrictions: Try to offer stuff for the diabetic like zero sugar

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Kalamazoo area besides stadium drive and the location in Battle Creek ALL the staff at these locations are great !!!! They’re in a good mood places clean bathrooms clean and they’ve never botched any order . They deserve an award at these particular locations they’ve been trained well in customer service always in a positive mood no matter what race you are !!! Thank you for your good service the locations mentioned . Healthcare workers depend on these places ALOT! Thank you

The food was the same as we ordered. Order was screwed up and tables are never cleaned anymore when we visit. Going downhill quickly. They are always out of something, today it was two items. Biggby’s here we come. Got lemon cake, ice tea, two cookies and cream cake pops, out of bumblebee cake pop and dark roast coffee. Was given two coffee cakes instead of lemon cake. Waited and waited…….
