I was having car issues monday morning in the parking lot and an employee came out because she saw that I was upset. She gave me water and a cookie and made me feel totally safe and welcomed. I really appreciated this gesture.
Came through after a hot and sweaty day. Got a refreshment from the worker Alecia, someone who takes pride in her work, cares what she is serving you, and does it with a smile on her face.
