I went it for the first time in forever. I accidentally asked for the wrong thing, noticed as he was putting on the toppings, and told him. He started getting an attitude and I was like “if you want I can just leave” shaking my head. And he said that I just should. But luckily the other worker there was kind and she helped me out.

My friend and I had a coupon which they honored. The problem was because they accepted the coupon they only gave us half the meat on the sandwhich then when we asked if we could have meat he said it would be an extra charge for extra meat, because it is a discounted item because of the coupon they don't give u full amount on the meat. We bought three subs in total and when we got home all three of us that ate were sick for 2 days afterward literally sick ?

Employees at this restaurant apparently don't know how to change their gloves. Both my fiance and I witnessed both a male employee and a female employee make several sandwiches including tuna and not change their gloves. If you are allergic to a particular item, DON'T EAT HERE because apparently customers' health and safety are not a top priority.

It’s hard ordering online because they don’t give you what u want and when u ask for extra pickles they will give you 3. I order Extra mayonnaise and Extra ranch. The sandwich was dry. It was almost if they gave me Light mayonnaise and ranch. If I’m asking for both to be extra then the sandwich should be WET. I didn’t even have to worry about it dripping on my shirt because they gave me almost NONE. They skimp on EVERYTHING. It’s Is ridiculous that I’m paying 13 dollars for a sandwich and your gonna give me all bread. I wish I didn’t TIP. It’s getting ridiculous. Your almost stealing my money with the way you run your shop. I won’t be back.

Do not go to this subway. I am a WMU student and I have been religiously living off of subway for almost 2 Years. I usually get my sandwiches from the on-campus location, from which I've never really had problems. But i tried the subway off W. Michigan and I've never seen a sandwich maker be so stingy with ingredients. I had to spit out several of my first and final bites because they were NOTHING but bread on the ends, extremely dry and chewy, 0 nutrition or vegetables until I got until they very middle! Absolutely not worth my money. If i wanted to eat a plain baguette i would have gone and got one. Do not go to this subway location unless you really want to remain hungry after buying a $9 sandwich. Smh
