The owner at this location is very rude and has no sense of customer service. I placed a pickup order, and while picking it up, I asked for extra sauce because my last order from this location didn’t even have a normal amount of sauce on my wrap. When I mentioned this and asked for extra sauce, he started arguing and said they would not add extra sauce, and if I wanted it, I could go buy it at Meijer or Target. Absolutley horific. It seems like the store is run by a family. The younger sister seems sweet, but the older one was trying to kick me out of the dine in hours before the store closed. When I told her I wasn't going to leave, she got very upset and started to yell insults about who I am as a person. This specific location is always so difficult… The company is literally called “subway” And the slogan is “your sub your way”, yeah, every time I come to this location, they have an issue with me, asking for extra toppings or extra sauce… You would think that the extra toppings and extra sauce are coming out of their direct paychecks the way they act….
