The review is related to the guest service. I thought all subway franchise has the restroom for the customers. We were at this location with kids to dine in. Once dine we wanted to use the restroom but they said they don’t have it. It’s literally seems a lie to me. I would suggest the franchise to improve this service for the guest or the loyal customers like us might be lost.

I’m not even rating this store I came in to order subs for my family she made my daughters just fine then made mine however never clean the knife off or used a different knife umm ain’t this some cross contamination BS so I told the lady about it she shook her head at my like yes it is. So I asked are you willing to make my sub over she said make a complaint so well I lost $12.50
Never will be here again why get some real workers yup American Ppl that understand what a job is and how to correctly make a damn sub sandwich.

If I could give less rating I would. The manager/owner waited until the sandwich artist was done with our sandwiches to tell us our coupons weren’t valid (after the employee showed us a menu of the approved sandwiches on the list).
When I told her I wasn’t going to start again I would like my order she started yelling over me and cussing at me.
I was already upset because they put the smallest amount of veggies and everything looked old.
I understand times are hard but that’s no way to treat people.
I won’t be returning.

terrible service. got eyes rolled at us for ordering anything. we asked for artisan italian and we all didn’t get that type, even after i told them it was the wrong bread. barely put any toppings on because they were low and “didn’t have time to make more.” took them 20 minutes to make two sandwiches. took one bite and our stomachs are hurting.

I’ve tried coming to this Subway multiple times during their listed business hours, and more often than not, they’re closed when they’re supposed to be open. It’s really frustrating to plan a visit only to find the doors locked or the lights off. If the hours have changed, they need to update them online and on the store sign. Otherwise, it’s just bad business
