This is definitely the best BBQ I've had in the area, and honestly, maybe anywhere ever. We had the rib tips, chopped pork sandwich, brisket, and chicken. The seasoning combined with the smokey, crispy bark outside made everything so good it didn't need sauce. That's being said, their sauce took everything to the next level (which I really didn't think was possible). They were sold out of most of their sides, which turned out to be a good thing for us, because it made us try the green beans. I would go back just to eat these again. The seasoning is UNREAL. A spicy, salty, savory heaven. We lived in Texas before Kalamazoo, and I've had a lot of BBQ. I'm telling you, try this food. Thank me later.

I found this place on TikTok. The influencer said the place looked sketchy but the food was phenomenal hearty and reasonably priced! This person was spot on the rib tips we ordered were barbecued on the pit! The char the seasoning and the sauce were some of the best tips I have ever had! My husband had spaghetti, greens, fried catfish and cornbread. He said they were all delicious! I ordered a large rib tip and he ate that for three days! Unfortunately we learned that owner started this business with her husband and he recently died! I spoke to customers who said they followed them from their home, to food truck to this location! We were told it closes November 30! She is moving to Texas! She said her son is even better on the grill than her husband was! Stop in before November to give them a try! This is a pick up and go establishment!
