This place is such a little gem! If you haven't been here, GO! It was like a slice of my childhood. The service was amazing, the soda fountain hotdogs and chips were just right for lunch. The Mooville icecream was soo creamy and amazing. I cannot say enough about this place and the updates to the interior improved the place and THEY KEPT THE MURAL! I wi be back!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and they made me a hotdog salad and it was sooo good believe it or not!

While I was at subway I noticed Treat street was there and decided to take my daughters. They were super pumped. One of my daughters started gagging when she took a bite of her ice cream because she didn’t like it. Her ice cream was $7 alone and that wasn’t a problem I just requested to get something different so she could enjoy her ice cream and was told “it’s against our policy” I understand there are certain rules put into place so companies are not wasting money. She literally took a half spoonful of the ice cream in her bowl. I wasn’t aware of the samples they give out because they weren’t offered to me and my 3 indecisive children which would’ve been nice. I wasn’t trying to get my money back I just wanted to get her a different ice cream. So instead I had to purchase another one. I’ve been a General Manager for over 12 years and understand situations like this happen sometimes and as a manager in Customer Service my goal is to always satisfy a paying customer so they can come back and spend $30 over and over again. I just really don’t appreciate how the Assistant Manager handled the situation. It could’ve been something simple like I can’t replace the whole thing but what about a scoop for her. Just anything and when I brought that to her attention she was extremely nonchalant and snotty about it. You’ve lost me as a customer. And that sucks because you’re right in my neighborhood.

I contacted them via Facebook messenger twice in August (month before my event) to order 30 cake pops. The first time I was told someone would reach out to me with pricing and details. The second time they responded right away saying they would look into it. I called a few days ago to follow-up as my event is now in a few days. I was not provided a definitive answer - just that she would pass my info along and hoped someone would get back to me. I never heard back from them. I was trying to order cake pops for an engagement party. I realize I could have gone to the actual store to order, or just ordered somewhere else. But I have read all of the reviews (great ones!) and I heard they have amazing desserts. I don’t doubt that. Just disappointed.- I am changing my review as this was resolved and the business followed up with me after I posted it. I obtained my cake pop order on the short notice from them. Thank you for making the order for me and putting such detail into the cake pops. They turned out beautifully.

Few things in life are better than a neighborhood ice cream shop & Schultz’s Treat Street is where my dessert dreams meet reality ! Homemade confections: caramel, chocolate, pecans, caramel apples and more.But it’s the ice cream that keeps me coming back - so good + the smiles, great service etc Obviously I’m a big fan
We have been taking our kids here for the last 15 years and love this locally owned business! A trip here always brightens our days and yesterday was particularly true. After a difficult first day of school, my son and some friends walked over for ice cream and were so pleasantly surprised to walk away with FREE PINTS of ice cream! What a great way to give back and spread positivity into our community.We also love taking our dogs here for pup cups! They get so excited when they realize we are headed to the Oakland plaza. It's a great place to spend time with family and friends.

Good ice cream. Admittedly, we went in about 45 minutes to close with a group of 6. One girl working with another young guy cleaning up. She had us all served in about 5 minutes. No complaints.

Was exploring the plaza this evening and stumbled upon Schultz’s Treat Street! Solid 10/10 for customer service and ice cream quality! They made me feel right at home. Cant wait to become a regular!

Best place ever for a great hotdog and ice cream! The fudge, nuts and of course the caramels are delicious!!!! So much more to try!!! This is a must stop place and you will become a regular!!! Always great service and friendly staff!
