So I didn't get any food or drinks but bought a pound of coffee and a container of tea. The tea area is nice because they put out open samples for smelling and they have a very nice variety of tea. The merch looks pretty neat too (T-shirts and other stuff).

Tasty small plates, refreshing drinks, and great coffee. The customer service was also outstanding.
I biked here from South Haven before turning around to head back and it was a perfect mid way point.

I stopped here twice while in town and WOW! the baristas were all super friendly and knowledgeable. i had an iced salted caramel latte, the mexican mocha, and a breakfast sandwich. They have a great variety and I love that they sell so many local items. What a great spot!

I go to Water Street Coffee Joint almost every day, and the Downtown location is by far my favorite β mostly because of the manager, Nate Kulinski.
Nate has a way of making you feel genuinely cared for. He double-checks details, remembers preferences, and creates this quiet feeling that what you want actually matters. Because of him, thereβs a sense that the whole place is built around kindness and attention. I donβt feel that same atmosphere at other locations, and Iβm sure a big part of this is his leadership. So, Nate β thank you. Youβve turned this cafΓ© into a little daily refuge.
I also want to say thank you to all the baristas here. Youβre wonderful β friendly, patient, and consistent. Youβre a big part of why I keep coming back.
If I could wish for one thing, it would be more healthy food options β less overcooked, more light and fresh, and something for those of us who keep an eye on calories. There used to be an amazing sandwich with turkey, cranberry sauce, and rye bread that I really loved, and I was sad to see it go. It would be great to have something like that again.
Overall, this is a beautiful cafΓ© with a special atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at the Downtown Water Street team β you make my everyday life a little warmer.

They order gallons, on top of gallons of milk through Shipt and only tip the shopper $5. Insane lol.
Very busy, but seriously the best service! Theyβre always kind and smiling even when overwhelmed!
