Great coffee at a reasonable price. Their baked goods are delicious, and so are the sandwiches.

My favorite place for an iced lavender latte! I've been to different locations- definitely a bit of a chain feel inside, food is decent; but I really enjoy their coffee most!

I ordered a small cappuccino with oat milk. Unfortunately, Water Street lacks proper barista education on how to steam oat milk.It was way too hot and not frothed at all. Maybe the oat milk was old, too. Also… I don’t trust a coffee shop to serve cappuccino in a 12oz cup. That's not a cappuccino. I also got a drip coffee, and the Ethiopian beans tasted good, but I think they don't control the brew temperature, and the coffee was too hot.I liked the atmosphere and service, but it seemed commercial.I got Ethiopian natural beans, and these were delicious and well-balanced but with great fruity flavors, so kudos for their roasters.

Ordered a 16oz Vanilla latte. Coffee was great but the price was not. $8.06 for a latte is criminal. Would love to support this business but, it's just very overpriced.

Perfect spot to stop for a coffee and small meal. Plenty of vegetarian options but I didn’t see any vegan options. The barista was incredibly kind and I received my items very quickly.
I ordered the dill and egg sandwich add bacon and a carmel latte the order process was efficient and fast but I sat at the window waiting for 20 min with multiple staff members asking me what I was waiting for I regret leaving a tip the food was great but NEVER do drive thru they are horrible just have time to go inside and wait drive through service needs to get worked on immediately .

Kalamazoo staple. Great coffees, teas, food, alcoholic beverages, you name it. Even have gluten free options if you are fancying something sweet.Dietary restrictions: Nice options for gluten free and vegan peeps.

Best Coffee Joint in the area. I’m from Indiana and I drive to Kalamazoo once a week and every week I get a mocha del sol breve with no whip. It’s like a spicy chocolate that they stir into the half and half before steaming it. (I believe) either way it’s amazing. The expresso used is excellent. I buy a 2lbs bag of their “Midnight Oil” and grind it myself at home. It’s lasts me about 2 weeks. I highly recommend checking it out if your a coffee lover. If you love sweets also!! Every month or so they have different homemade sweets they are fabulous. Especially the brownies!! The staff is always so friendly and i always look forward to going there. Thank you Water Street!!

Very pricey. To pay $6 Plus for a cup of latte is ridiculous. I have friends that go there because they love it but I'm on a fixed income and I don't want to have to get another job in order to pay for Water Street Coffee Shop. I don't understand the cost of coffee. Specialty coffees either. I know overhead must be expensive because the rental for space in the locations that are available in Portage and Kalamazoo Michigan must be very expensive. I like places that have senior coffee that are at a reasonable price. But $6 is not reasonable. And then if you get anything to go with it you got your cost up to $12 - $13 for a roll and coffee, ridiculous. Just my opinion.
