Went here today about 1 pm. We were the first people in so, I couldn’t get a true sense of the atmosphere. If you like darts, there are 6 dartboards. There wasn’t a huge selection, maybe 12 beers and 50% + an IPA. I do like those but not sure the brewery is a top brewery in Michigan which I read. It was decent at best.
Passed by for years, even ate next door for years and never went to Wax Wings. Saw an article ranking them as a top brewery in Michigan and finally tried them out. I have been drinking IPAs all over the country for decades and call honestly say their Citris IPAs were the best I have ever had.
The beer is very good & the bartender was friendly & knowledgeable about the different beer. It was a calm Sunday which made it enjoyable. They do a lot for charities too which makes it more of an incentive to visit. I love the food trucks parked there. Pudgy Panda was delicious.
