Hello and welcome to another Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair restaurant review.. Today’s review is Wingstop in Manchester, NH… If you’re rolling in hungry and craving some solid wings, WingStop has got you covered. Let’s break it down: Getting in was smooth. The parking lot had reasonable wheelchair-accessible spaces, and the entrance didn’t give me any trouble. Inside tho the curb cut was way off on the other side of the lot, the layout was open enough to navigate without playing bumper cars with tables 😂. The place has a casual, clean vibe with an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made. Staff were friendly and quick to help if needed. Now for the food and they give you 3 choices of sauces—honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. We all went for the 3 piece wings with a side of spicy fries too shares my friend Anna Costa-Turner went with the original hot flavor . I went with the Atomic flavor (hottest they have and it did its job well), if you ever wonder why it’s called Atomic you’ll see why. My mom went for chicken tenders with the mild.. Big portions, fair prices. Everything came in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which actually made life easier when it was time to pack up leftovers. Good food, good service, and easy access—what more could a hungry guy in a wheelchair ask for? If you’re in the area and craving wings, this spot’s worth the stop. I give this spot an overall rating of 9.1/10.

I loved Wingstop. I keep going back expecting better. I’ve gone to multiple locations around St.Louis. I guess I’m finally done, I’m tired is being disappointed. They give you options for well done and extra seasoning. It is never well done and very rarely do you get extra seasoning. Just sell me the lemon pepper seasoning and fries seasoning. It’s not worth the money to have your order wrong every time.

This was my first time trying Wingstop.The food was hot, wings were crispy and the sauces were delicious. The price was fair for the quality and service. We will be back!
Horrible experience. Tiny baby wings, got mostly drummies barely any meat on them. The small wings were cooked as long as the big ones which made the meat tough and dry. Said something and the cook saids they shrink when they cook them. Never offered a replacement or money back. Well not ever go back. Worse wing I have ever had. Not to mention my celery was rotten on one end. Absolutely disgusting trays, oil all over my hands. I will never be back!

Employees fighting, yelling back and forth at each other racial slurs, waited over 30 minutes for food. This is the most insane fast food experience I’ve had. Managers “Rob” just walked out the door. Horrible.

Ordered online didn’t receive my three order of fries. When I called I was left on hold with an automated message. Stating that they were busy making fresh cut fries and wings what a joke.
Ordered a 3 piece tender meal and a 10 piece traditional wings meal. They managed to leave out one set of fries, the fries we did get were the wrong kind, got the flavor wrong on the wings, and FORGOT A WHOLE TENDER. Honestly kind of ruined the night. Would give a zero if it was possible. Spent 30 DOLLARS for this crap. Never going back.

Attempted to order take out on a Sunday night, during a Lions game. Expected it might be an increased wait. When I walked in at the time that was quoted for completion, there was approximately 20 other customers waiting for orders. When I asked for an updated completion timeline, one of the two employees working said, it’s going to be awhile. I asked for a time frame and he said, if you want to help cook, then come on..I asked other patrons how long they have been waiting in an effort to get a time frame, and more than a handful said they have been waiting for over an hour. One gentleman stated that he’d been waiting for 3 hours. I don’t assume the two on the line were the owners… but whomever is responsible for the management and staffing of this location… your patrons are pretty patient and understanding but when the customer service is exhausted due to lack of support… it doesn’t bode well for the future of the establishment. Too many options locally, food is too expensive for the attitude and service tonight. Now I have to figure out a refund for the food I did not receive.
