I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

I really enjoy the wings here! It’s a good stop for after work, as I usually get out later than most places are open for.
However, every time I go in late a young woman approaches me and tells me their walk-in orders are closed. This is frustrating because I prefer to pay in cash, and I feel like they just do this to avoid making more orders. Very frustrating and terrible customer service.

Placed an order while I’m at work had my grandma go and pick it up she dropped it off and I start going through the bag I’m missing half my order the bag is covered in grease and sauces and have been on hold for 10 minutes trying to get this fixed

I ate here two days ago. They weren't the best wings I've ever had but still delicious none the less. The establishment was clean and orderly. My daughter loved their boneless wings. I'll give them 5 stars for a good experience.
The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!
