My wings always have barely any sauce on them I pay for all that's and almost never get all flats always forget my ranch the people that work here are nice but when I order from here I am usually on break or going to work and don't have time to go back and have my order corrected

I like the wings but they always get the order wrong. This is not an exaggeration. They actually always get the order wrong. Wrong number, classic instead of bbq, etc.

Excellent food, OK service. However, I don’t think I have ever had to wait as long for carry out as I do at this place. What’s the point of placing an order to go if you have to wait 25 minutes every time? This place needs more staff badly

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

It’s got to be the worst Wingstop in the Oklahoma City. Metro is Moore Oklahoma slow your food’s never ready when you get there.

I ordered delivery and food was missing from my order. when I called to tell them he wanted me to come get it. I already paid delivery fees not my mistake. very bad service for a new area restaurant. Will not return.

They refuse to answer people and then when told a wait time they go way over that and refuse to answer anyone on how much longer after marking the order ready to go.

I really enjoy the wings here! It’s a good stop for after work, as I usually get out later than most places are open for.

However, every time I go in late a young woman approaches me and tells me their walk-in orders are closed. This is frustrating because I prefer to pay in cash, and I feel like they just do this to avoid making more orders. Very frustrating and terrible customer service.
